Hannah’s recipe Morning Matcha
Ingredients:
1 tsp matcha
1/2 cup hot filtered water
1/2 cup frothed raw milk or coconut milk
1 tsp Colostrum (Crucial Four) code KCPHARMD o save 10%
1 tbsp of coconut sugar or maple syrup
Pinch of salt
Directions:
Place hot water in a mug, then add all ingredients except for milk and froth.
Once thoroughly mixed, add milk and froth.

Ingredients:
1 cup water
1 cup organic sugar
1 inch ginger root, cut into smaller pieces
4 limes. juiced
16 oz bottle of sparkling water
12 oz pineapple juice
Directions:
-Combine water, sugar, and ginger root in a small saucepan. Heat up the mixture until the sugar dissolves, this will make ginger simple syrup. Set aside and let cool ( you can make this in advance
-In a pitcher, combine pineapple juice, sparkling water, juiced limes and 1/2 of the simple syrup. Taste and decide if it’s sweet enough, use the remaining simple syrup as needed. Enjoy!

Hannah’s recipe (Monster Size) Low Blood Sugar Adrenal Cocktail
I like to use a big ol mason jar for this one!
Ingredients:
3 cups filtered water
3-4 fresh limes, squeezed
3/4 tsp cream of tartar
1 tsp of salt
3 tbsp magnesium bicarb
Mix all ingredients well, and enjoy!
