Is intermittent fasting recommended to start out with?

Intermittent fasting is very popular as of late, but there are conflicting opinions out there. Frustrating I know! I see many women who have been following this pattern of eating for quite some time and find themselves confused on whether to continue.

Something like fasting can be good at times, but often we are already dealing with stress in various forms and this just adds to that burden. I also find that it encourages undereating, as it’s hard to fit all the nutrition you need for a day within a certain window of time!
