This 9-month private care container is designed for individuals living with autoimmune conditions or persistent chronic symptoms that have not fully resolved. Whether you carry a formal diagnosis or simply feel stuck in cycles of inflammation, fatigue, pain, digestive distress, or immune dysfunction, this care model addresses the deeper drivers—not just surface symptoms.

At Cornerstone, we take a comprehensive, integrative approach. Chronic symptoms and autoimmune patterns are rarely random. They are often influenced by:

  • 1:1 Calls with our team: 60-minute initial intake, 60-minute lab review, and four 30-minute follow-up calls, three 15-minute check-in calls that can be used at your discretion

  • In Depth Protocols: Initial foundational protocol prior to lab review, Erradication & Detox protocol based on labs (updated as needed based on how your body responds)

  • Resources & Tools: PDFs and videos for both foundational and advanced support

  • Messaging Support: Ongoing weekday access to our team for questions and encouragement for the entirety of the 9 months.

This 6-month private care container is designed for individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, or persistent mood instability who are ready to address the deeper physiological and emotional drivers—not just manage symptoms.

At Cornerstone, we take an integrative, root-cause approach. Anxiety and depression are not viewed as isolated mental health conditions, but as whole-body experiences influenced by:

• Blood sugar stability
• Gut health & microbiome balance
• Nutrient deficiencies (minerals, fat-soluble vitamins, thyroid function)
• Inflammation & toxic burden
• Nervous system dysregulation
• Stress response, HPA signaling

We begin by stabilizing physiology—addressing what we call “false anxiety” (blood sugar crashes, gut dysfunction, inflammation, nutrient depletion, thyroid imbalance, environmental stressors).
